PATIENT SURVEY

NHS England have asked Primary care networks to provide routine appointments Monday to Friday from 6:30pm until 8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm. GP practices are not being asked to provide more appointments, but to have enhanced access to routine appointments at more convenient times, especially for those who cannot attend appointments during the normal core hours of 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

In order for us to deliver the right services to our patients, we would value your opinion by asking you to complete a survey. We have asked for Healthwatch Cumbria’s help do this. The feedback that you give will help us to develop a service that best meets the needs of our communities.

To complete the survey please click on this link or scan the QR code.  The survey is open from Monday 20th June until Friday 1st July 2022.

Do not book a GP appointment if you think you might have coronavirus. Instead stay at home and self-isolate avoiding close contact with other members of your household.

Use the 111 coronavirus service to see if you need medical help.
If you do speak to one of our Doctors you must inform them of all symptoms you are experiencing.
