COVID-19 BOOSTER UPDATE

From Monday 13th December all adults are eligible for their 3rd Booster Vaccination.

You will receive a message from the Practice inviting you to book an appointment for this.  We do also offer online booking for COVID appointments.

You can only book your booster if it is 3 months from the date of your second vaccine.

We are working at pace to increase the availability of appointments with new appointments being added as we receive notification we will have sufficient vaccine.  At present appointments are available on Saturday only.

We encourage everyone who is aged 18 and over, who is yet to have their booster and who is approaching 3 months from your second vaccine to book your appointment as soon as possible.

If you do speak to one of our Doctors you must inform them of all symptoms you are experiencing.

PATIENTS GIVEN APPOINTMENTS AT OUR RED HUB IN PENRITH:

During the current COVID-19 outbreak, patients experiencing certain symptoms (breathing issues and / or fever) and who have been telephone assessed by a GP to need a face-to-face examination will be called to our local ‘Red Hub’.
